Chloe's fete
The queen has 2 birthdays and this year Steve (teaches permaculture and yoga and parents bought my parents house at Plestin ) arranged a summer party for Chloe ( her birthday is April ). It wasn't just a normal birthday bash but a well thought out festival, he hired a couple marque and arranged for several entertainer/singers to perform and then there was the food there was a continuous supply from mid-day to midnight I think we were all absolutely stuffed in fact the late evening curry was just too hot for me although I encouraged plenty of people to try it.Steve had a scratch band which included me and we played later in the evening ,it wasn't too bad for a first performance and later on some other friends Phillipe and Valerie played with another couple some sort of techno/metal which wasn't really to my taste but reasonably proficient.They have a sample of their music on this link at myspace Xav thought both bands were Ok so that was a reasonable endorsement.We have just had another client buy a second house in Plufur thats the third client who have bought in that village it not good for business.
